One starting point. A plan built around you.

If you’re in pain or injured, everything starts with an initial assessment. Jade works out what’s going on and decides the right treatment, whether that’s hands-on therapy, rehabilitation exercise, or a mix of both. Follow-up sessions and programmes are for existing clients. If you just want a sports massage, you can book it directly.

Initial assessment & first treatment

A thorough 75-minute appointment: your history and goals, a movement and physical assessment, a clear explanation of what’s wrong and why, your first treatment, and a treatment plan agreed with you. From here, Jade recommends what comes next.

  • Sports injuries
  • Back & neck pain
  • Knee, ankle & hip
  • Tendon pain
  • Shoulder problems
  • Tight, stiff muscles
  • Recurring niggles
  • Post-injury return to sport

Sports massage

For when nothing’s wrong and you want to keep it that way: before an event, after a race or a hard block of training, or as regular maintenance. It’s a sports massage from a sports rehabilitator, so if Jade notices something building, she’ll tell you before it turns into an injury.
