Hi, I’m Jade.
I’m a sports therapist and sports rehabilitator based in Sevenoaks. I help people get out of pain, recover from injury and move better, whether that’s getting back on the pitch or back to a long walk without discomfort.
I started out as a Level 5 soft tissue therapist and went on to complete a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation, graduating with First Class honours. That training means I can properly assess what’s going on, treat it, and build the strength and movement that stops it happening again.
Alongside my clinic I work in professional and amateur sport, and at a neurological rehabilitation centre. Where necessary, I work with your GP, consultant or coach as part of a wider plan.
As a UKSCA-accredited strength and conditioning trainer, I can also support performance goals at the highest level: building the strength, power and resilience to compete, and to keep competing.
I’m a competitive amateur athlete and a mum of two, so I understand the need for physical therapy from every side of life, whether that’s chasing a personal best, keeping up with the kids or simply moving without pain. What I enjoy most is getting people back to their full potential, whatever that looks like for them.
